GRAVES, inspired by John Steinbeck’s The Grapes of Wrath, tells the story of a Hartford family’s struggle to survive in a city reeling from the effects of corporate globalization. Using realism and hip-hop stylization, song and choreography, GRAVES thrusts the audience into a Hartford where people work to create a better way of life.
